Dashboard numbers have not updated

The Dashboard may show previously aggregated data. When numbers have not changed, check the status and request a refresh before changing data.

Before you start

Make sure you are viewing the right account and have permission to view the Dashboard. Note when the new data was created so you can compare after refreshing.

Symptoms

  • Metric cards or charts still show old values.
  • The update time has not changed.
  • New data has not appeared even though the previous operation completed.

Quick checks

  1. Reload the Dashboard page.
  2. Check the date-range filter (if any) and choose a range that covers when the data was created.
  3. Use the Dashboard data refresh action, then reload the page.
  4. Compare with the corresponding detail page instead of looking only at the overview card.

Possible causes

  • Aggregated data has not refreshed; refresh processing is asynchronous.
  • The selected date range does not include the new data.
  • No record has been created for the metric being viewed.
  • You lack permission, or the account has no data in that scope.

Resolution

Wait for the refresh to finish, then reload the page. Do not recreate a campaign, run, or record merely because the overview card has not changed; doing so may create duplicate data.

Confirm the issue is resolved

The update time changes and Dashboard numbers match the detail page for the same date range.

When to contact support

If repeated refreshes still show no update time or the page reports an access error, note the account, date range, and screenshot, then contact support.
