Read A/B Test reports
The A/B Test report appears only for Campaigns configured with a test. The report helps you compare variants and track the winner status.
Open the report
- Go to Campaigns and open the A/B Test Campaign.
- Select A/B Report.

If there are no sending results yet, the page displays a no-data state.
Read the overview and variants
The report displays the number of people assigned to each variant, Delivered, Failed, opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes. Each metric has a corresponding rate; the overview also shows the test criterion, split percentage, and winner status.

With exactly two variants, the report may display confidence, uplift, and sample size. This information supports comparison and does not change the winner criterion.
Understand the winner
The test criterion may be based on open rate, click rate, or manual selection. When the test finishes, the winning variant is used for the remaining recipients if the test percentage did not cover all recipients. People who participated in the test phase are not sent the message again in this part.
If the variants have tied rates, the winner label may still appear based on variant order; do not treat this as evidence that one variant is better.
View variant details
Select View variant report to open a report for an individual variant. Here you can view the variant content and sender, split percentage, and the Delivery, Open, Click, and Unsubscribe logs filtered by variant.
The engagement chart lets you switch between Opens and Clicks, with 24h, 7d, and 30d ranges. Chart points are total events within each time interval, not the number of unique Subscribers.
When the report has no data
Check that the Campaign is an A/B Test, the test phase has started, recipients have been assigned to variants, and sending results exist. Open or click tracking must also be enabled for the corresponding metric.
