Verify a sender
The currently supported management area is Sending Domains. The legacy Verified senders route redirects to this page; you do not need to follow a separate sender workflow.
Open the Sending Domains page
- Go to Sending → Sending Domains.
- Select Add domain to open the form.
- Enter the domain you want to use and save the form according to the displayed instructions.
The list page shows a Verified or Unverified status, along with DKIM status and a linked sending server when available.
Complete domain verification
- Open the newly created domain from the list.
- View the required DNS records on the details page.
- Add those records at your DNS provider.
- Return and use the verification action when it appears on the page.
The system distinguishes verified domains from unverified domains; do not mark the process complete if DNS has not been configured correctly.
Sender identity
The sender name and address are still selected in the email configuration when required by the product. Domain verification does not automatically change From Email or Reply-To. If your account still displays a Sender form, follow the status and instructions on that page; do not use an email address as a substitute for the domain's DNS records.
When the status is unverified
Recheck the domain value and each DNS record, then reopen the details page to view the current instructions. If the domain remains unverified, contact your administrator or DNS provider; do not assume that a verification email was sent.
Safety note
Important: Deleting a domain may affect sending configurations that use it. Delete it only after checking the related references.
