Getting to Know the Mailix Interface

The Mailix interface is organized into clear areas for monitoring work, opening features, and managing your account. This guide introduces the main areas you see after signing in.

• Open a feature and recognize the selected menu item.
• Return to Home (Trang chủ).
• Open the account menu.
• Use the menu on a small screen.

Open the customer area

After signing in, Mailix takes you to the customer area. Home is its main overview page.

Select Home (Trang chủ) in the left navigation to open the Dashboard.

What areas make up the Mailix interface?

The main interface has three areas:

1. Left navigation: opens work groups and features.
2. Top toolbar: collapses or expands navigation, opens search, changes the display, opens tours, and shows notifications.
3. Main content area: shows the page you are working on, its title, system messages, and related actions.

Use the left navigation

The left navigation is where you move between Mailix work areas.

The customer menu always includes these groups:

• Home (Trang chủ).
• Campaigns, including Email and Templates. Automations appears when the account has access.
• Audience, including list and subscriber management. Some items depend on account permissions.
• Funnels, including funnel, product, and Domains management.

Select an item to open its page. The active item is highlighted so you can see where you are.

Why can my menu look different?

Mailix shows items only when the account meets the relevant conditions. These conditions can include:

• The account plan and its limits.
• Permissions granted to the account.
• System configuration.
• Enabled features or plugins.

For this reason, you may not see Automations, Segments, Forms, the Sending group, Integrations, API, or groups added by plugins. A missing item does not mean that the interface is broken.

Return to Home

You can return to the Dashboard in two ways:

• Select Home (Trang chủ) in the left navigation.
• Select the logo at the top of the navigation.

Use the top toolbar

The top toolbar provides common actions:

• Open, close, or collapse the navigation.
• Select Search or go to... (Tìm kiếm hoặc chuyển đến...) to find content or open an area quickly.
• Choose light, dark, or system display mode.
• Choose the interface color.
• Open Tour or Welcome Tour (Tham quan / Tham quan chào mừng) to review the introduction.
• View notifications.
• Change the interface language when more than one language is active.

On a computer, you can also use the shortcut shown in the search field to open quick search.

Open the account menu

Account information is at the bottom of the left navigation. Select your name or avatar to open the account menu.

The menu may include:

• Credits used (Tín dụng đã dùng): shown when the account has an active subscription.
• Subscription & credits (Đăng ký & tín dụng): view plan and credit information.
• Billing (Thanh toán): open billing information.
• Account (Tài khoản): manage your profile.
• Choose language (Chọn ngôn ngữ): change the interface language.
• Log out (Đăng xuất): end the session.

Items in the account menu can also vary with account status and permissions.

Use Mailix on a small screen

On a small screen, the navigation collapses to leave more room for content.

Select the menu icon in the upper-left corner to open navigation. After it opens, select features as you would on a computer.

To close it, select the menu icon again or tap outside the navigation. You can also press Esc when using a keyboard.

The full search field is replaced by a search icon on small screens. Select the icon to open search.

Notes for new users

• Start at Home (Trang chủ) to review account status and suggested tasks.
• Use the navigation to move between areas instead of repeatedly using the browser Back button.
• Check the highlighted item to identify your current area.
• If a feature is missing, check the account plan or permissions.
• Use Tour (Tham quan) when you want to review the guided introduction.

Frequently asked questions

Why cannot I see every item mentioned in this guide?

Some items appear only when the account plan, permissions, system configuration, or corresponding plugin allows them. Check your plan information and contact the account administrator if you believe you need access.

How do I return to the Dashboard?

Select Home (Trang chủ) or the logo at the top of the left navigation.

Why does the navigation show only icons?

On a computer, the navigation may be collapsed. Select the menu icon in the upper-left corner to expand it. The collapsed choice is remembered for later visits on the same device.

Why cannot I see a language name in the toolbar?

The toolbar language switcher appears only when more than one language is active. You can still use Choose language (Chọn ngôn ngữ) in the account menu.

Can I review the introduction again?

Yes. Select Tour or Welcome Tour (Tham quan or Tham quan chào mừng) in the top toolbar to reopen the relevant guide.
