Campaign cannot be sent

Check sending requirements in the lowest-risk order. “Sent” does not mean “delivered to the Inbox.”

Quick checks

  1. Open the Campaign and read the warning before sending.
  2. Confirm it has valid Subscribers, content, sender, and sending method.
  3. Confirm the sender/domain is verified and a sending server is available.
  4. Check remaining limits or Credits.
  5. Check Subscriber status: unsubscribed, blocked, or out-of-scope people are not eligible recipients.

Possible causes

  • Missing or invalid content, sender, or recipient List.
  • No sending server is available for the account.
  • The sender/domain is not verified.
  • A sending or account limit was reached.
  • Recipients are ineligible because of Subscription status or a blocklist.

Resolution

Fix the warned field and save. If the issue is server or verification related, correct the configuration and check again before sending. Do not click send repeatedly when you do not know whether the first attempt was accepted; check status and logs first.

Confirm

The pre-send check shows no blocking warning and the Campaign moves to processing/sending. This does not guarantee every message reaches the Inbox.

When to contact support

If you still see no available sending server, permission errors, or provider errors, send the Campaign name and a redacted notification.
